The Casale is located in the Colle Ameno area, not far from the Ancona Regional Hospital. The building was renovated by the Angelini family and donated to the hospital. The primary recipients of this project are patients living far from the city who must undergo chemotherapy treatments.

The building consists of 11 bedrooms with a bathroom and a large outdoor garden. Inaugurated in September 2020, the structure is named after Francesco Angelini, founder of the homonymous company and first mayor of Ancona after World War II.
